My life has major contrast. I know what it is like to suffer from depression and anxiety. I know how to get to a happy state. Life is about balance. Equal happiness to the equal pain. Ultra comfort by experiencing self inducing discomfort. I listen to the Dao as often as I can to find my center. Just like clicking cmd+ 0. This art piece is about the Sun and the Moon as if they were mom and dad. The fetus in the middle is the “center” of our being. In the composition (Bottom Right) I included Lao Tzu wisdom I find effective for my existence. I adopt these sentences because they hold much power.
